I am Robert <Removed> and I have been CFO of Woodspur Farming LLC for the past 5 years since 2016. (woodspurfarms.com) . Prior to joining Woodspur , the former Controller registered the LLC with him as the Manager of Woodspur . This former Controller resigned in 2017 and I have since replaced his name as Manager of the LLC . However , when we applied to use PayPal in our website retail operations , we were told by PayPal that PayPal could not enroll us because when they look up the tax documents for Woodspur Farming LLC , they still see the old Controller's name as Manager for the company . We have been advised by PayPal to update certain registrations with the IRS before we can enroll in PayPal . That initial discussion with PayPal support was back in March 2021 . Woodspur contacted the IRS and they informed us that form 8822-B needs to be updated with the names of the new officers of Woodspur . We submitted that form to the IRS in early April 2021. After several follow-up phone calls with the IRS , we have been told that they received our forms but due to the pandemic , there is an unusually long backlog of documents for processing and that there is no estimated date of completion for the revisions we are requesting . My question to PayPal and the community is if there are other ways to enroll . Perhaps we can submit other corporate forms or board resolutions or affidavits acknowledging the new officers and that former Controller is no longer associated with Woodspur . In the meantime , we have lost potential sales due to our inability to accept PayPal as method of payment . Woodspur Farming LLC has annual revenues of approximately $50 million and is audited by Deloitte and Touché . We can submit a copy of our 2020 "Management Responsibility Letter" or enjoin Deloitte to prepare another document specifically for this purpose .
