Case not showing in Resolution Centre

I have just set up a case but it is not showing in the Resolution Centre. I input all the information required and attached a couple of documents to support my case, clicked submit and it just took me to the login screen.

So I logged in again, went to the Resolution Centre where is showed '0' cases?????

I set up another case and exactly the same thing happened. Now I don't know if my case has been raised or not and if not how I go about setting up a case.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Same problem to me. Mine is business account has been keep receiving PayPal email saying to update info or else they stop the service, and nothing shown in resolution center even dispute case is also not showing. Wth now..

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
