PayPal won't provide a 1099k for accounts that receive less than $20,000 USD in gross payment volume from sales of goods or services in a single calendar year and 200 payments for goods or services in the same year (*Except in Vermont and Massachusetts where the threshold is lower irrespective of the number of transactions). Likewise, we also will not report your earnings to the IRS. However, if you would like to report your income / transactions received through PayPal, you can download your PayPal activity by following the steps in this Help Center Article: https://goo.gl/kz7zFQ .
