I wonder if anyone can help me?
I was refunded 50. from a seller as i bought more than1 item from her. Paypal took 22p of that in fees and the rest is on my account history with an icon to create a postage label.I presumed that when I made another purchase the 28p would be deducted from the amount taken from my bank but it hasn't been.I know that this is only pennies but is this happens to a lot of people it will add up. Taking nearly 50% in fees is bad enough but I don't understand where the balance of 28p has gone.

Hey there,
I have now reversed the 22p to your PayPal balance. The reason you were charged is due to the seller sending the money as a payment for goods instead of using ‘issue refund’.
The 38p would have been used in the transaction following the refund. If you click into the details of that transaction you will see 2 funding sources.
