I wonder if anyone can help me? I was refunded 50. from a seller as i bought more than1 item from her. Paypal took 22p of that in fees and the rest is on my account history with an icon to create a postage label.I presumed that when I made another purchase the 28p would be deducted from the amount taken from my bank but it hasn't been.I know that this is only pennies but is this happens to a lot of people it will add up. Taking nearly 50% in fees is bad enough but I don't understand where the balance of 28p has gone.
