hi i returned a fancy dress costume as it was to small, the shop agreed to a refund it is now one month and still no refund, i sent an email about this on 13/10/11 and they have not replyed what can i do.

Hey there,

 

If the transaction is within our 45 day timeframe then you can file a dispute for ‘Not as Described’ and escalate it to a claim straight away. Make sure to include the tracking information and state you have returned it as per the sellers request and have yet to be issued a refund.
