Has anyone else had requests for refunds that the buyer hasnt asked for? I even have two who have left feedback yet it still is there. Paypal now have money held and wont let go until its resolved! How did this happen and how do I rectify it?
Customer services at PP are atrocious. I waited 2 days for an email reply and all I got back was an automated response giving me details on how to go about requesting a refund
