hi, i recently tried to buy somthing through the internet using your pay pal. when i tried to get a refund as they didnt transfer the items i bought they told me to close the cmoplaint then they would transfer i did so and they logged out now i cant get another dispute going on the account please let me know how i would do this thanks.

NEVER close a dispute until you have either the item or the refund.
You cannot open a dispute that you have now closed...sorry.
However by transfer the items do you mean a download? If so then your dispute would not work anyway as you are not covered with buyer protection for intangible items.
Advice is voluntary.
