Hi there, I sent an item back that was damaged and received an email fro pay pay to say that the refund had been made, then a couple of days later another email came through from pay pal stating the sellers funds had not been there to honour the payment. When I look at my account the amount is there with the word 'removed' and no minus sign next to the the £238. What does this mean? Am I supposed to do something to collect this money , is the money in the papal account waiting for me to do something? I haven't had to deal with sending items back before!

Hi guys,
If you can see the status of the refund as Removed, this means that the refund has failed from your sellers bank account. If you haven't done so already, you should open a dispute on the transaction through your PayPal account. By doing this, we can investigate it further for you and try to get your full refund.
I hope this helps,
David.
