refund from ebay to Europe

Hi,

I bought something on ebay but seller has desapired from ebay and I didn`t recieve an item. So I wrote complaint to ebay and they answered me this:
"Unfortunately, we didn't receive valid tracking information from the seller. We're sorry you had a problem with your purchase.
We issued you a full refund of US $xxxx on Aug 30, 2017 to your PayPal account. The refund includes the purchase price plus original shipping.
Your refund should be in your PayPal account within 48 hours."

So,my question is- how long will it take till I see refund on my card ( I am from Europe)?

Paypal say allow up to 30 days but in my experience its normally about a week.
