Can i cancel a withdrawal from my bank and the transaction is still pending?

My dum friend tried to tranfer $200 to my paypal. The tranaction is still pending. I want the money in my bank acount not paypal.

Does it say anything when you click on pending that says its the 21 day hold?

If so then ask your friend what option he used when he sent the money.
