Hi i wonder if anyone can help me
I had around £48.00 in my paypal account and placed an order with toyryus for 49.97
Paypal took the balance which was obviously topped up from my named bank account.
received a message from toysrus almost immediateloy stating the order was cancelled it showed as pending in my paypal for days i contacted them and my bank who said they had released the funds but now the amount is not showing in my bank or in my paypal and the pending message has disappeared too. ??
