Is it 'normal' for transactions that have been processed by PayPal to simply disappear after the event? I made six payments 18th Feb and all hit my bank account but only three of them show in PayPal. Have used PayPal since 2003 but I feel like a newbie as this is the first time I have seen this.
Of more concern is that I'm expecting a refund of one of the disappeared payments and the sender tells me that the payment status is 'pending' with PayPal. And since I cannot see the transaction, there's no support route for a resolution. It's not the end of the world but it's frustrating that PayPal don't seem to provide any avenues for dealing with a transaction that is no longer visible.
