paypal access card refund amount??

i made an payment and it has been refunded. the refund amount showing on paypal access card management statement...

but not showing on online paypal account  and amount also not added to the account just showing on the statement clearly its been  refunded. 

how is that possible?

Since this is an issue with your PayPal Access card I would recommend that you contact Prepay Solutions  on +44 (0)845 505 8801. (Opening hours: Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 7.00pm. Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am – 5.00pm.)

They should be able to resolve your refund issue.
