how to refund in pending case

I need to send a refund as a case has been opened because the item did not reach the buyer. However, on the Paypal page there is no option now to do the refund. So, I am not sure how to proceed.  The option to refund is not available and I don't wish to Send Money in the incorrect way. What should I do?

Hi gus49er

 

 

You have to contact paypal directly and tell them you are willing to refund your buyer, they should then release the hold so you can do this
