Hi bekstar,

If you have noticed any unauthorised transactions such as facebook transactions I would recommend that you report these transactions.

To report unauthorised transactions online please click on the Resolution Centre on your PayPal account and click on report a problem. You will then have the option to report the transactions as unauthorised.

Once reported PayPal we will investigate your case fully and contact you via email as soon as we have completed our review.

I hope this helps

Well i have a paypal account but ive never added any money to it

But on 21st march  a payment was taken out by FACEBOOKIRE from my account thankgod PayPal

seen this as an unusual request and reversed me my money back

Paypal has set a limitation now

But i had to call to unblock the account

I was so angry if i ever found out who did it i wouldnt have cared where in the world they where

id have taken a plane and smashed their faces in bloody Reptiles  lol

i only use my card on 2 sites if it means getting a new card i will and those 2 sites are protected by paypal

Dont these people ahve anything better to do than rip ppl off

At lease in life people like that get caught.. i doubt if anything will be dont to FACEBOOKIRE

Hi emcnally,

Here's how to report this payment as being unauthorised:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
  2. Click 'Resolution Centre' near the top of the page.
  3. Click 'Dispute a Transaction'.
  4. Select 'Unauthorised transaction: I did not authorise a recent transaction.' and click 'Continue.'
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Also, please check under 'Profile', 'My Money' & 'My Pre-approved Payments', from here you will be able to cancel or update any current payment agreements.

Hope this helps!

I have the same experiance just now. Almost 2500euros form facebook FACEBOOKIRE and money aren t returned yet. In the resolution center tool, they told me they cancelled the agreement, but I had already cancelled it. Its strange that paypal didnt see this strange behavior and activity from FACEBOOKIRE with so many transactions in 1 day. We are talking about dozen of fake transactions. I m really dissapointed from Paypal and facebook here.
