cancelled order and refund

I ordered on Michael Kors and checked out through paypal. However, the order was cancelled and scheduled for a refund. I asked the online staff there and they said they have refunded the order and it just going to wait for paypal to process. I checked my activity page it didn't show on the complete section but when i open the full activity pdf, I saw my order charged but the status is pending. Also, when I try to go to the advanced search and click refund, I didn't see any refund transactions there. I wonder if you guys can take a look there and give me further instructions.

If the payment has been refunded, there are different ways that your payment can be refunded. This depends on how the original payment was funded on PayPal. You can find more information on how payments are refunded through this link https://goo.gl/HGjeLY

If you are unable to see that the payment has been refunded and the payment is still showing a status of 'Completed', you can file a dispute on the transaction through your account to request a full refund. This can be done by following the steps that can be found here https://goo.gl/9REOqI.
