Under checkout.payment rec. towards the bottom of the page it is written..tracking no;......carrier......oder status-cancelled 19th nov......I am unsure of what thie means,can anyone tell me please?
Per your post, your transaction was cancelled, as for why, no one here has access to user account information, you would need to speak with customer support.
