Hello!
I'm trying to issue a refund to a customer and I was wondering if somebody can tell me what amount they will receive.
When I go to the transaction to issue a partial refund, I enter £1000. However when I click continue to the next page 'Amount refunded by seller' is £971 and together with the fees refunded by PayPal (£29), it adds up to £1000.
Now my question is....What amount is the customer receiving? Are they receiving £971 and the £29 fees are being returned to me as a seller, or is the receiving the £1000 I initially try and refund in the first instance?
I've attached a couple of photos.
Thank you!
