Seller claims that he only received a partial payment

I just made a payment to a seller, and claims that he has only received a part of it, yet I have a paypal receipt for the full ammount. How do I get my money back ?

I expect the seller is maybe new and does not realise that he has to pay fees on every paypal payment.

 

Email him and find out if this is the case, if it is then it is not your problem, you have paid end of.

 

If he refuses to sell then he can refund you but he needs to use the refund option in the details of the transaction to make sure you get a full refund, i would then leave neg feedback on ebay to warn other buyers.

 

 

If he refuses to refund then give him a week to send the item and if he doesn't then file for item not received via the resolution tab in your paypal account > put in what has happened and escalate to a dispute > paypal will give the seller about 10 days to prove with a tracking number that you received your item and if not you should get a refund on day 11.
