I have just set up a Paypal account. A supplier has already sent me a refund, and the copy of their activity indicates the refund is unclaimed. Do I need to claim it? How do I do that? How long will it take to appear on my account? Thanks

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!
Please ensure you have confirmed your email address after creating your PayPal account. If you have not confirmed the email address correctly you will be unable to receive any payments including refunds into your account.
When you add an email address, we automatically send an email to confirm that address. Once you receive the email:
- Click the link in the email.
- Enter your PayPal password.
- Click Confirm.
