Hi I have a problem. I sold my laptop on eBay. After a few days buyer decided to return it. I agreed. Buyer instead of following ebay return rules contacted to PayPal and PayPal issued full refund. Now I have no laptop and no money. I tried to solve the problem on eBay but the problem doesn't exist for them because buyer didn't start return procedure. Did someone have similar issue? Please help.
