I recently lost my debit card and I now have a new one. I forgot to change the details on my PayPal and I was informed of a refund I was receiving. The statement said that it would be repaid back to my old card that I lost but I now have a new one where my bank changed my details. Will the refund still go into my account? It is the same account but different details where I lost the old one.
