Refund

Hello, I did not receive an item from China two mounts ago. The issue with not receive item was followed by me opened a case to claim my money back from the seller. The case was decision it by me getting refund back by my money. In my account it said I have been refund, other than that my bank account or PayPal account I do not see to be receive any of the money like figure. I do not know what is happening and my frustration from all that issues building up to long. I need a solution PayPal can it someone check-up my PayPal account to help?

Hi Ivan, if you have opened a case and been refunded, you then need to review your PayPal History to see where the refund went.  If you used a credit or debit card to fund the payment, the refund will go straight back to the card. Please do note that with credit cards, you may not see the refund until you get your next statement, this is due to card companies policies and timeframes. Debit card refunds can usually be seen in a couple of days.  If the payment was made using your banks direct debit or your PayPal balance, the refund would go to your PayPal balance. Hope this helps.
