Refund requested from an unexisted email address an amount was sent to.

On the 28/06/13 amount of $9.97 was sent .  i FOUND IT IMPOSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD THE ITEMS THAT I PAID FOR.  I emailed the seller, the emails were sent back as untraceable .
