I requested a withdrawl of fund - total £313. I have received £150 straight away (Same Day) but £163 was still pending. I called on Tuesday evening and spoke to a Lady who said it would reach my account by Friday (Guranteed) - It's now Friday and still nothing!
Among all of this Paypal are still asking for information to very my address (I have already sent a Bank Statement and a copy of my Driving License- The lady also confimed that this had been received and was fine) yet I still keep getting notifications to update my information and that my account will be made restricted.
I've tried contacting by Telephone but get put on hold for ages (I do work so don't have time to be sat on hold by Paypal for hours), I've also tried facebook message, Twitter DM & Tweeting them directly and also an Email and still nothing!
I need this resolving ASAP!
After this transaction I will be avoiding Paypal at all costs I've had nothing but problems throughout the many years I've used them.
