Sent payment to wrong email address

Hi, my name is Samer Yahya I requested from my friend a payment and he sent it to wrong email address how can he cancel the payment its still pending.

There would only be a cancel option if that email address did not exist at all.

If its unclaimed without a cancel option then it will time out 30 days post payment BUT that email address if it exists would have been sent an email to 'claim' the payment by linking it to their paypal account so if they do so before 30 days the payment may 'complete'.
