Hi I hope someone can help me,I am new to e-bay and pay-pal so please bear with me,I sold 2 weeeks ago an artical and completed a sale yesterday for bag,I was advised on both times that pay-pal payments had been recieved and it was OK to post, both amounts showed on my pay-pal bank summary, this afternoon after dashing to post before PO closed early I get home to find on both sales a notice saying request refund, does this mean the buyer's funds have been clawed back and can someone explain how a bank will allow payment to show as paid if not enough funds in to cover transaction. If I have to refund how do I get my monies that is owed do I bill the buyer again ?? many thanks.

Do you mean that by each transaction is the words "issue refund" ???

If so then that is normal, it is put there after a buyer pays so that IF and only IF you need to refund you know where it is, it is not an instruction to refund.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I've sold a few things on ebay in the last week and only one says issue refund after funds available listed. Does that mean the buyer wants a refund or is that supposed to be there? I am new to ebay and am getting confused since the other funds are available and don't say issue refund. Please help! Thank you..
