I fell for pretty stupid scamm.The one who send me money made a dispute and today he was requesting the money back.Ihad only my bank account attached nothing else to it,balance was negative balance.So i checked history and it was saying
Refund-sent - completed.
How exactly did that guy got refunded if on my bank account i didnt have any money to refund it?

The dispute may have closed in the buyers favour and refund completed back to his account. If you had insufficient funds at the time of this refund your PayPal Account would have gone negative.
