Bought item, waited for 2 months, didnt get it , gor refunded without asking.

I bought an item form a seller on china, it was being sent to me, the deadline was dec 8  so on that day i issued a request "i didnt receive my item and want to receive it", seller tells me that he contacted the post office in my state an that it would be delivered to me in 3-5 days so i was waiting anxiously then i just got an email form ebay saying that they issued a refund, i dont know if it was the seller or ebay itself. i alredy contacted the seller and im waiting for a response. what else can i do?

Why do you need to do anything?

You have been refunded.

If the item does turn up and its in as described condition then you can always contact the seller and re-pay them.

If it does not turn up or is misdescribed then you have already been refunded.
