Dear Paypal and Community,
I won an auction on Ebay for 1 dollar and 1 cent and free shipping and at the paypal checkout there was an Extra Charge Seller for 16,99 Dollar making the total to pay 18,00 Dollar I paid this amount and immediately opened a cancel order dispute after more than 3 days the request to cancel was accepted by Ebay but my money has not been returned to my Paypal account why?
Sellers are not allowed to charge an extra amount of money at the checkout Seller violated the Ebay Policy and the 16,99 Dollar Extra Charge by Seller is not normal for an auction won at 1 dollar and 1 cent and free shipping.
Why have I not received my 18,00 Dollar in my paypal account when Ebay canceled my order that I already paid for?
