good night. i used paypal on 11/23/2016 to pay for 653.3 pound for an Ebay item.
Then the seller issued me a refund on 11/30/2016 since he said that item was broken.
I did not receive the refund and it is still pending status... and now, the seller
marked the item as dispatched on ebay... and I feel worried since I am not sure
if the seller can withdraw this pending refund and he has now marked the ebay item as dispatched
(dont know why he did this). I am just wondering what could I do. Do I need to wait
or I need to contact customer service as fast I could?
