Hi, if anyone can help me with my issue that'll be greatly appreciated. So I accidentally purcahsed some stuff on Newegg and imputed the wrong address and I got the order refunded. In my activity section and my email PayPal sent me an email confirmation that the refund has been receieved and that the funds would go to my debt card that I used to pay for it. However, I've checked my debt card and I have not received the refund payment. I want to reorder the purchases I wanted to get before before they are not on sale anymore so please help ASAP!!!
Hello everyone, am also having a similar issue, i got a refund from a friend and my mail did confirm that i have recieve the money but my bank card is not showing, your help will be so important, please help?
If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
