I have tried buying dog tags for my dogs from 2 different people yet I keep getting the same issue. I get an email to say payment pending then have to wait several days to be told it's cancelled. Getting very annoyed as after ringing PayPal they cannot give me an answer. Even more annoying between trying to buy these items I have managed to buy a completely different item. Not happy at all.
