Refunding

I recently bought something of an online store and have not recieved al of the stuff and the stuff i have been given where not advertised. the owner has agreeed that if i charge it back he will refund it but i did the transaction on a guest account.. is there anyway i can refund it?

If you paid as a guest buyer then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback.
