Refund - not in my Paypal Account & not in my bank!

Hi - I received a full refund from a Seller on EBay. The money showed up in my Paypal account with the information that the money (minus PP fee) was being transfered to my bank account. The money is no longer in my Paypal account - but neither has it appeared in my bank account. What is happening?

If it has left you paypal account and is completed, then I think you might have to give it up to 7 working days to arrive in your bank account
