To whom ever it may concern, I would firstly like to express my absolute horrific service that i have received during this time. Soon after this matter is resolved i will be deleting my account and writing a formal letter explain the service that i have been provided with to your head office of which i will include all the names of the advisers i have dealt with during this time. Now, to get to my main point it has now been 30 days since my since the refund was processed by British airways and the funds are still outstanding/ pending into my account. Due to this i have missed payment for other bills that i incur on a monthly basis. I have been consistently told every time i call up that there is a technical issue with no explanation to what this "technical issue" is and the effect on the funds being currently pending. This is appalling from a company of your size and stature, i now need an immediate reply on what the situation is and i do not want to hear there is a technical issue otherwise i will take matter further through legal representation. I have been told on many occasions that the back office is reviewing my account, i am sure it does not take 30 days for the back office to carry out this minute task. This situation is causing a significant amount of unneeded and unwanted stress of which i have more than enough on and do not require this in addition to it. To conclude i would like to now right now why my money is still pending with a honest explanation and how much longer i will be waiting for the funds to arrive back into my account, i have sent you proof that the money have left my bank account and spoken to British airways and they have assured me that the funds have been returned to me.
