Hi
I have had a refund for some goods that did not arrive but the refund is only for £3.13 and as this is the only amount in my Paypal account it is below the minimum of £6 so will not let me withdraw to my bank account. I am worried that if I do not withdraw this money it will go back to the seller and I will have paid for nothing. How can I get around this so that I can get the money out.
Many Thanks

The money cannot go back to the seller the refund is now yours and will remain yours until you spend it.
