This is a rant thread, I've recently just paid something for 14 euros or 17.06 usd
So today I've tried disputing a transaction I've had today that I purchased around a hour ago "talk to the seller" is honestly useless
So I start a dispute via PayPal's home page. Great! I click on the resolution center, I see a new ui. I thought it looked nice although my transaction didn't show a until 3 minutes later and I had to manually type in my transaction id to find it when I click escalate to paypal and type in my message than click send, it returns this error to me "We're sorry, something went wrong. Please try again."

Everything was working fine till the ui update, you don't have to force it on us and give us a option to change back to the older ui such as youtube allowing us to do that.
I don't want to talk to anyone via the phone I don't want to send emails back and back and back to paypal to get advice that won't even help
PayPal please, get your stuff together. I'm honestly planning on switching.
Anyone I've known using PayPal has haten it, and it's not because the system itself it's because of how you guys handle things.
And I've seen other people having this problem (on the forums)
and I'm surprised none of your issues have been patched by how many developers you guys have.
