PayPal Resolution Centre NOT WORKING!

Hi,
I need to open a dispute and everytime I click on the Resolution Centre link I get this error message...
"Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last link
If you were in the process of buying something, or sending money to family or friends, we recommend you check both your PayPal account and your email inbox for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes.

Now, before I click the Resolution Centre link, I am logged in correctly and everything else works, apart from the Resolution Centre, which is the only part I need!
Im also using Firefox 3.6.12 and running Windws 7 (if that makes any difference.)

Try clearing your cookies and cache, and perhaps changing browsers that usually works.

Hi there,
If you are having issue with the Resolution Centre or receiving an error message I would suggest that you contact us (PayPal) directly so we can open the case for you. Once you know the date and the amount of the transaction we can open the case on your behalf.

I tried to call and was put on hold. I held 60 minutes and ran the batteries down on all of my house phones. I had to finally had to disconnect. I am trying to send an email to someone to see where my item is and your email system says, "unable to complete, try again." I have tried both the new beta and the claassic system with the same result.
