Norton Security, Paypal Direct Debit

Hello, 

I have had fraud on my account, this started with a updated on Norton security in which I did not sign up for. They have created a direct debit from my bank account to transfer £49.99 on a daily basis. 

I can not seem to gain help from anywhere and just keep getting throwns from one to another supposedly 'help' site. Does anyone have any advice please?

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and report unauthorised use of your account if that is the problem.

But first check here to make sure its not on this list.....

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

Thank you, I have followed up on both of these. 

It is as it is set as a daily direct debit from my account so even an automatic renewal would not be set for daily money transfers.
