I’m trying to pay for something on USD via my credit card. The seller has sent me his PayPal.me link but it keeps coming up saying PayPal can’t send the payment right now. I can’t see why it can’t, I’ve had the security limit lifted from the card, so not sure what else to try?? Thanks
