Money sent to wrong email address

I accidentally sent money to the wrong email address. I have emailed the recipient requesting a refund and paypal to request advice. As yet no-one has got back to me. Any advice

How did you SEND the funds, which option did you use?

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account? Completed or pending / unclaimed with or without a cancel option?

How did you FUND that paypal payment?
