Hello. Just what I linked my debit card with my PayPal account and PayPal was taken 1.50 euros. As I saw, I removed the debit card from PayPal, but the money was not recovered. I want my money back, I did not know that I would give money to link the card with PayPal.

When you link a card paypal charges a small amount to verify the card is yours and sends a '4 digit code' next to that transaction.

When you 'confirm that card' on your paypal account with the code paypal sent then the small charge is refunded back to you.
