Setting up reoccurring payments to antoher paypal member

HI.
Is it possible to setup a reoccurring payment to another paypal member? Someone is helping me with a bill, and I would like to systematically pay them back through my paypal.

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

It is not possible to set up a recurring payment to another user. This can only be done with merchants. Once you send your first payment to a PayPal user it should save the email address and amount you have paid, the following month you can simply log in and select the option to make this same payment again without inputting the email address and amount over and over.
