I was issued a refund according ebay officials and the seller. But the money hasn't come up on paypal. It was quite a lot of money i have lost so i really want it back.
Also, the transation ID number was invalid on paypal's dispute/resolution center which worries me.
I recieved an email saying that I was being granted a full refund as I the seller failed to send me my goods, I got the email on the 21st, and it said that the funds had already been transferred into my paypal account but nothing is showing up, and there is nothing pending on my account? Is this normal? I'm having a nightmare trying to work out how to contact paypal.
