Hi.

What can i do if i bought fake and paid as a friends not of goods and services.

I didnt know that is fake and seller never said that to me.

Now if i contact with seller she said that i knew about it and she do want give my money back.

i cant open dispute because paid as a friend ;/

Like u said Family/friends payments cant be disputed but if u paid by ccard ask your card issuer if u can chargeback

If he was not a close mate or family member why would you use that option, enabling the seller to evade his paypal fees and negating your buyer protection at the same time???

"Gift” or “personal” payments are intended as transfer of funds from family or friends to one another. For this reason, there is no processing fee when payment is made with bank or PayPal balance.

On the other hand, as it is a “personal” payment, there is also no Buyer protection as no goods or services should have been exchanged.

Your only hope is if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will help you.
