Ebay Refund

Ebay have said they are making a refund as a one off goodwill gesture. That was 2 weeks ago-said it would be 3 days . How long does it take for the money to get to your PayPal account?

If it has been two weeks so far I would suggest contacting eBay again as it usually wouldn't take that long to process into your PayPal account.

To contact eBay just follow the steps below.

1. Sign in to your eBay account at www.ebay.co.uk
2. Click ‘Contact Us’, in the top right corner of the eBay page.
3. In the ‘Tell us about your problem’ box enter your question and click ‘Ask’, or, browse the 'Top Issues'.
4. On the following page you should find your answer and related help topics. Alternatively, you can choose from 'Email Us', 'Chat with Us' or 'Call Us' options found on the right.
5. Click on any of the available options and follow the onscreen steps.

Many thanks for the advice. I have contacted Ebay many times-seem to get different story each time.Last one it appears they had made refund to sellers PayPal account and not mine!

they once told me,aprox 6 months ago,i would get £20.it never materialised
