Depop Scam

Hi, I hope someone can help me. Few weeks ago I bought 2 Jimmy Choo perfumes 100ml on depop. I specifically asked the seller via private message if the products were genuine jimmy choo and they said yea so I ordered 2. Now when they arrived I was away. I came back last week and opened my packages as they were for Christmas gifts, I noticed that they are not genuine. The packaging is different size and the bottle is fake as I have a genuine and compared. It also smells completely different. I paid £65 for these. So I messaged the seller immediately but I have had no reply and it has been 5 days. I gave them time as I know st Christmas but surely if someone is complaining you'd deal with it ASAP. -anyway these products are not genuine and I had to go out and buy them again. I want my money back. How do I go about this? Only because the seller did lie as I had asked. I have messages to prove this. Thanks

File for item received but not as described via the resolve a problem link lower left of your paypal summary page.

Put in ALL the info and if the seller does not respond with a full refund then escalate the dispute to a claim when you get that option.

BUT you may be asked to return the item back to the seller trackable at your own expense before getting a refund of your original payment if you win UNLESS you get proof that the item is fake and supply that to paypal first.

So I would go get the proof in the form of a letter from the company that sells the real thing OR trading standards etc and put that you have PROOF that its fake into the dispute stage.
