i received a return on an item in november, avermedia lgp c875, the buyer said the item was faulty, when i received the item. Nothing wrong. I am now owe £85 to paypal, and £8.53 to ebay for selling the item. i'm lost on what to do, neither customer support is helpful.

Not sure why you owe anything, when you refund a buyer your paypal fee is refunded at the same time.
Also from Ebay >>
It also protects sellers in the following ways:
- If a buyer opens a case and you refund them within 8 days, we will refund your final value fee for the transaction.
Advice is voluntary.
